Discovered the Cause of Death for Tina Turner
The superstar Tina Turner‘s official cause of death has been made public only one day after the news of her passing broke.
The musical icon, whose real name was Anna Mae Bullock, passed away on May 24 from natural causes, her representative confirmed on Thursday, May 25. She was 83 years old.
The Queen of Rock ‘n Roll, who was renowned for her powerful voice, glitzy appearance, and electrifying concerts, passed suddenly on May 24 at her $76 million mansion in Küsnacht, Switzerland, close to Zurich, as previously reported by Parade. It was said that she had been suffering a “long illness,” albeit the specifics and severity of the ailment were not made public.
The “Proud Mary” singer acknowledged two months before her passing that she was in “great danger,” alluding to the fact that she was ignorant of how serious her health problems were.
On March 9, she said on Instagram, “My kidneys are victims of my not realizing [sic] that my high blood pressure should have been treated with conventional medicine.” “By refusing to accept the fact that I require daily, lifetime counseling with medicine, I have put myself in grave risk. I held onto the notion that my body was an impenetrable fortress for far too long.
The “What’s Love Got to Do With It” singer described PTSD and a 2017 kidney transplant in the 2021 feature-length documentary Tina, which also detailed her years-long experience battling with a variety of medical and mental illnesses.
We bid farewell to a close friend today, leaving behind her greatest contribution to the world: her music. Our deepest sympathies are with her family. Tina, we shall miss you so much, her publicist remarked on Instagram when she passed away.
