‘this is an all-out war’ Trump’s Lawyer Said
A former president Trump’s attorney declared on Monday that if Trump is charged in the Manhattan district attorney’s investigation into a 2016 hush-money payment, it will be “an all-out fight.”
On the potential indictment, Trump attorney Joe Tacopina stated, “They can do what they want,” in an interview with a former Trump aide on Monday. “At that point, this is a full-scale conflict.”
“He’ll be there loud and proud, and there’s nobody that’s going to make him shrink,” Tacopina told Guilfoyle, who is also the girlfriend of the former president’s oldest son Donald Trump Jr.
There won’t be a confrontation at Mar-a-Lago with Secret Service and the Manhattan DA’s office, the Trump attorney said in a Friday interview with the New York Daily News over the former president’s willingness to surrender if he is charged.
Tacopina has been appearing on television to defend the former president at a time when Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s (D) investigation into a $130,000 payment made to adult-film star Stormy Daniels prior Trump the 2016 election looks to be coming to a close.
After calling on his fans to protest the potential indictment on Saturday, when Trump hinted that he may be detained in the Manhattan investigation as soon as Tuesday.
According to “illegal leaks,” the former president of the United States of America “will be detained on Tuesday of next week,” the former president said in a post on Truth Social.
Trump’s spokeswoman, though, claimed that he had not received formal notification of the allegations.
